Due to supply chain issues the particular brand of product included in your hamper may occasionally change from that pictured. This may also result in colour changes.  

Every effort will be made to ensure you receive the same brands, if not the replacement item will always be as luxurious as the one pictured, and colour will be matching the colour scheme.

All hampers are prepped in house, and wrapped individually by the team. All pamper hampers are encased in a white box, lined with tissue paper, and tied with ribbon (colour varies) and sent in a postal bag. The pamper packs measure approx 24 x 16 x 7 cm each.

Do not use bath salts if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. We are happy to replace the item with a different product - please just leave us a note at the checkout.

Your hampers will be wrapped and shipped within 72 hours of purchase. Purchases made from 5pm on a Friday will be wrapped and shipped on the following Wednesday latest.  

Please let us know if you would like it sent closer to a special day while ordering. If not mentioned at checkout, the hamper will be shipped within 72 hours of purchase.

Royal Mail 24hr Tracked | Express | 1-2 days for delivery. Working days are Mon-Fri | £4.49

If you order on a Friday after 5 pm, your order will be dispatched the following Wednesday.
We do not ship on Bank holidays. Orders placed then will be processed the next working day.
We are not currently shipping outside the U.K
