Delivery & Returns Information
Order Cut-Off Times:
● Monday to Friday: Order by 5pm for orders sent within 72 hours of purchase
● Saturday to Sunday: All purchases made on these days will be sent out on the
following Wednesday morning.

Royal Mail 24 Tracked | £4.49 | 1-2 Days Delivery
● While 95% of deliveries arrive the next day, it may take longer.
Royal Mail 48 Tracked | £3.49 | 3-5 Days Delivery
Important Notes:
● 24 Tracked: This is not a guaranteed service. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, factors beyond our control may affect this.
● Personalised Orders: Shipped Monday to Friday only. Orders placed after 5pm on Friday, or over the weekend, will be dispatched on Wednesday.
● We are not currently shipping outside the U.K
Holiday Periods: Orders placed during Bank Holidays will be dispatched the next working day. No Royal Mail deliveries on Bank Holidays.
Delivery Notifications: You will receive updates on any delays via text or email from Royal Mail. Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Incomplete or incorrect addresses, or missed deliveries, may result in delayed orders.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, of course you can! We will be more than happy to refund your order but please bear in mind the following:
1. Refund Policy Duration: From the date of purchase you will have 14 days from the date you receive your goods to return the items. Please notify us within the 14 days of receiving your order and return to us within this period.
2. Authorised Returns: Please ensure that any returns are carefully packaged in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit. The items have to be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Perishable goods (e.g food or drink hampers) or personalised items are exempt from being returned unless they are faulty or damaged. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above mentioned standards.
3. Time Limit: Unfortunately, if 14 days have passed since you received your goods, we won’t be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
4. Refunds: Once we have received your item, we will inspect and notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment.
5. Shipping Costs: You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item, and these costs are non-refundable. If you do receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount. If the return is due to our error (e.g you received an incorrect item or defective item), we will cover the cost of the return.
6. Exchange Time Frame: If you have received a damaged or defective item, we offer free replacements. Please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receipt, providing details of the issue and photographic evidence where possible. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent out promptly. Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
7. How to Initiate a Return: To complete your return, we require an order confirmation as proof of purchase. Please contact our customer service team at ContactUs@simplyhampersuk.net with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to us.
