How do I claim a 10% discount on my first order?
You have to make sure you fill in your details on the pop up showing the discount sign on our website when you first open our page from the browser. To see the pop up again, click the tab on the left side of the page, to which you will receive an email to subscribe to our page. Make sure you hit subscribe! You will then receive a Welcome email, which will include your 10% discount code which you can use on your first order at checkout. The email may take a couple of minutes to arrive, please check your junk and spam folders too.
Discount Codes
Discount codes can only be used once and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers (unless otherwise stated).
I forgot to use my discount code, what can I do?
Unfortunately once an order has been processed we are unable to add the discount code.
I have provided an incorrect shipping address?
Please email us within the 30 minutes of purchase and we can get this changed for you. However, if you receive the dispatch email confirmation then we have already fulfilled your order details for the shipping lables and will be unable to make changes to the address. This means we will have to wait for Royal Mail to return the order back to us. Sending the parcel out a second time will incur an additional charge. Unfortunately we cannot be held accountable if you have entered an address incorrectly, it is down to the customer to check over all the details.
How long does delivery take?
We aim for the items to be dispatched within 72 hours of purchase, if purchased before 5pm on Friday. If purchased after 5pm on friday or the weekend, all items will be dispatched the latest by the following wednesday. Delivery options are available, for standard delivery it will take 3-5 days to arrive and for express it shall take 1-2 days to arrive. From purchasing the item, we aim for the item to be delivered no longer than 11 days after purchase.
Will my gift have full delivery tracking?
All delivery options include full tracking of the parcel, to ensure the parcel arrives in the correct location.
My tracking number isn’t working?
If you have paid for a tracked service and your tracking number is not working, please contact us directly so that we can investigate this for you.
Royal Mail says that my order has been delivered but I have not received my order?
If you have received delivery confirmation for your order but you have not received your order please contact us immediately at contactus@simplyhampersuk.net and let us know so that we can carry out an investigation into the whereabouts of your order. Please note that Royal Mail cannot investigate after 10 days from it's specified delivery date.
Has my order been shipped?
You will receive an email informing you that your item has been dispatched with a confirmation number. Please check your junk and spam folders if you cannot find the email. If you still can’t find the email please contact us.
What happens if my order is late or delayed?
We can investigate delays for 48 tracked shipping, after 14 working days from the dispatch date. It is therefore classed as lost and then a replacement can be sent or a refund. For 24 tracked, if the order is not received after 7 working days from the dispatch date, it is therefore classed as lost and then a replacement can be sent or a refund.
My item has arrived damaged, what do I do?
Even with our extra care and packaging used to ensure the safety of our hampers, sometimes we can’t control the postage process and unfortunately items can still be damaged. If an item arrives damaged, please send us the images of the damage, supporting information and confirmation number to our email at ContactUs@simplyhampersuk.net and we will send out a replacement. However, please do not dispose of any damaged items until the issue has been resolved.
Something Missing?
If for any reason there is something missing from your Hamper please do not hesitate to get in contact by email at ContactUs@simplyhampersuk.net and we will look into this immediately. There is a very strict packing process and in the unfortunate event that an item is missing or damaged please contact us within 28 days so that we can rectify this quickly. We will not be able to investigate this after 28 days.
Can I change something about my order?
We have a 30 minute window where you can make amendments to your order if necessary. Please contact us via email and we will get this sorted for you. We do have a message box which can be filled out before check out for any item swaps - so please use this when necessary. However, if you have placed the order already, please contact us on ContactUs@simplyhampersuk.net for any shipping address changes, or if you would like to cancel your order or request a refund.
Will you include prices or receipts in the parcel?
Invoices will be sent to the purchasers directly via email, and no paperwork will be included in the parcel regarding the order.
Can I get a refund?
Of Course, you will have 14 days from receiving the items to return them in the condition you received them and in the original packaging. If more than 14 days have gone by since you received the items, unfortunately we will not be able to offer a refund. You are also responsible for the cost or returning your item. Please email us at ContactUs@simplyhampersuk.net for us to get the refund process started. How are refunds processed?
Refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected the items, we will send out an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you have been approved then your refund will be processed, and your refund will be applied back onto the original payment method. This should take around 3-5 working days.
Refund is late
If your refund is late, please check your bank again. You should then contact your bank to find out if there are any other additional processes happening before the refund is posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received the refund, please contact us at contactus@simplyhampersuk.net and we will check it has been processed properly at our end.
Can I exchange?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If this is the case, please contact us to arrange the replacement to be sent out. Exchanges can only happen within 14 days of receiving the items, and we will need full details of the issue and photographic evidence where possible. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent out promptly.
